New Value Conference Center Group On LinkedIn - Event Planners

We understand that in these tough economic times, planning an event in New York City can be difficult. To help, NYCSCC is unveiling a promising company-sponsored LinkedIn group Value Conference Centers and Meeting Venues Northeast. The focus of the group will be to educate and inform middle-market companies, non-profits, small businesses and individuals that may benefit from the need for budget and value event/meeting spaces, lodging, catering and related services.

We invite all of our customers and colleagues in the hospitality industry to join our new sponsored group and hope to have, over time, enough members to enable discussion of current concerns and issues in our field. The first item featured is an ongoing analysis of conference center pricing for standard event formats in the premium New York City market. Our marketing team completed a survey of local competition encompassing the traditional venues of major hotels, traditional conference centers, technology training centers, and office share rental facilities with conference space.

We will be continually updating this research over time and will make it available for review in the “Value Conference Centers and Meeting Venues Northeast” group.
