NYCSCC Linked In Group DebutsInformation for Value Conference Center Suppliers and VendorsWe invite all of our customers and colleagues in the value conference market for services to join our new sponsored "LinkedIn" groupValue Conference Centers and Meeting Venues Northeast It will serve as a forum for independent conference centers, budget and micro hotels, meeting planners, office shares and hospitality vendors. The focus of this group will be to educate and inform middle-market companies, non-profits, small businesses and individuals that may benefit from the need for budget and value event/meeting spaces, lodging, catering and related services. We hope to have, over time, enough members to enable discussion of current concerns and issues in our field. Currently featured on the new group is an ongoing analysis of conference center pricing for standard event formats in the premium New York City market. Our marketing staff researched pricing for standard event scenarios including 10,30, and 75 person groups in standard classroom or theater style formats as a basis for comparison. Among other findings, we concluded that in terms of technical packages, either the compared facilities could not offer the type of tech packages available at NYCSCC, or the prices were substantially higher.
