Our newly remodeled and refreshed 9th-floor suites are filled with natural light and are equipped with everything necessary for both your virtual and in-person events. 150 HD PTZ cameras have been installed in select rooms allowing a panoramic view of the space and higher quality images for your virtual sessions. Our new Versa Pro ceiling-mounted tile microphone arrays have been installed to offer clearer audio throughout the entire space with noise-canceling technology. These upgraded services are also readily available via Bluetooth, allowing your attendees easy access to the best possible audio and video streaming experience on all mobile devices. Please let us know if you require any special assistance from our tech and AV team to assist with virtual or hybrid meeting needs.
Of course, your event does not need to be virtual to enjoy our plethora of services! Our event spaces can accommodate groups of multiple sizes and configurations, ranging from 12, 30, 50, 75, 175 and up to 330 attendees as we return to our full capacities.
