State of the Art, Flexible, Diverse FacilitiesOur facility is located in the heart of NYC’s Flatiron District in the exciting Chelsea neighborhood. NYCSCC has multiple floors and up to 20,000 square feet of flexible meeting space. Our wide selection of seminar and conference rooms, and meeting halls, can accommodate just about any size group, ranging from individuals, to groups of 15 or 30, as well as assemblies of as many as 330 people. Public transportation, including all major bus and subway lines, is easily accessible. The area has many excellent hotels and restaurants within walking distance. Complete, Affordable Technical SupportFor groups requiring technology, internet, or computer related services provided with their events, NYCSCC offers a state of the art technology infrastructure built around its affiliations with PC Learn and Comvision, two New York City based technology training and internet application development firms with over 10 years of experience. NYCSCC’s in-house technical staff and event managers will custom configure the facilities according to your specifications, including equipment and computer rentals, setup, software installation, network configuration, firewall modification, troubleshooting, projection systems, and video-conferencing. NYCSCC can offer value pricing on state of the art desktop and laptop systems, projectors, and AV equipment as part of a package price. The Center is fully networked (both cabled and wireless) on multiple LANS and internet-enabled with redundant high bandwidth connections. Catering and Other AmenitiesNYCSCC offers a flexible menu of catering services for every type of event. Clients can also count on special affiliate pricing for parking, hotel accommodations, and dining while attending events.
