Chelsea Budget Hotel


While implementing a new point-of-sales software system into their hotel, the Chelsea Budget Hotel needed to train its front line employees on their new software system. Since the hotel does not have their own meeting space as well as lacks the capabilities to provide all employees with a computer station they needed to look elsewhere. The GM of the hotel knew that using another hotel and having them outsource their computer technology services would be far too expensive. The GM also looked into some computer training facilities in the area; however their rooms only accommodated a maximum of 20 people. The Chelsea Budget Hotel then found NYCSCC to be their solution. As a conference center that specializes in technology events packages were already developed to accommodate each conference attendee to have an individual internet accessible laptop as well as a projector and screen for the teacher. NYCSCC also has a verity of rooms that can host different size events, enabling the Chelsea Budget Hotel to have all of their employees in one training room. As part of their two day training the GM also provided front line employees with daily lunch and beverage. The Chelsea Budget Hotel found NYCSCC to be exactly what they needed at an excellent rate.
