Daily Rates (Monday through Sunday, 8:00am – 5:00pm)+
- $400/day for Conference Room 1 (200sf)
- $650/day for Conference Room 2 (400sf)
- $700/day for Meeting Room 1 (400sf)
- $800/day for Meeting Room 2 (400sf)
- $1,400/day for Seminar Room A (800sf)
- $1,200/day for Seminar Room B (600sf)
- $1,500/day for Seminar Room C (800sf)
- $3,000/day for Lower Level Event Hall (2400sf)
- $10,000/day for 2nd Floor Banquet Hall and Lower Level Event Hall (4500sf + 2400sf)
Evening Rates (Monday through Friday, 6:30pm – 9:30pm)+
- $200/evening for Conference Room 1 (200sf)
- $250/evening for Conference Room 2 (400sf)
- $300/evening for Meeting Room 1 (400sf)
- $350/evening for Meeting Room 2 (400sf)
- $550/evening for Seminar Room A (800sf)
- $500/evening for Seminar Room B (600sf)
- $600/evening for Seminar Room C (800sf)
- $1,200/evening for Lower Level Event Hall (2400sf)
Hourly Rates+
Hourly booking rates are $75/hour and can be used for events with up to 8 attendees. There are various different rooms where you may be placed based on your preferences and what space is available. You are guaranteed at least 200sf in Conference Room 1, Conference Room 2, Meeting Room 1, or Meeting Room 2. You can book an event for any day of the week, but it must be for at least 4 consecutive hours between 8:00am and 9:00pm.
Computer Classrooms (Monday through Sunday, 8:00am – 5:00pm)+
- $450/day for up to 4 attendees
- $570/day for up to 6 attendees
- $810/day for up to 8 attendees
- $1,050/day for up to 12 attendees
- $1,170/day for up to 14 attendees
- $1,290/day for up to 16 attendees
- $1,620/day for up to 20 attendees
- $1,770/day for up to 25 attendees
- $2,200/day for up to 30 attendees
- $2,610/day for up to 35 attendees
- $2,850/day for up to 40 attendees
- $3,180/day for up to 45 attendees
- $5,994/day for up to 65 attendees
