5 STARS FOR NYC SEMINAR CENTERThe Hall was the perfect place for our Mother's birthday celebration. Friends and family were able to get into the city and arrive at the venue with no problem via Penn Station and the subways. We chose one of the value catering plans, with wine and cheese, using one of the Hall's well known local Chelsea establishments as our caterer of choice. Afterwards, all of us took a short stroll to Madison Square Park to see the gardens and sights. BRAVO!The Event Hall was incredibly flexible and adaptable for our event, allowing us a great reception space to "meet and greet" our attendees, and then to seamlessly bring them into an adjacent 3000 sf auditorium venue space that allowed us to combine the best of a theater and banquet style setup for almost 150 people. This, in combination with the excellent tech support and value catering options at a reasonable price made this a great choice for us .. the Flatiron Chelsea location was of course very desirable and a bonus for after-event tourism and recreation ...- Event Manager on a daytime corporate event serving lots of people

Very Ideal!Our Trade Association used the Hall as the locale for our annual fall meeting on a Thursday Evening. We were able to employ the reception area for a business networking session and meet and greet, complete with an impressive complement of premium catering offerings and wine and beer. Upon finishing up, we entered the adjacent conference hall which was setup auditorium style for a successful evening of professional development and lectures by our staff and featured speakers. The Flatiron and Chelsea location was easy for our guests to get to, as they were arriving from all over the US and alsofrom abroad ... upon completion of our program, our members were able to enjoy Flatiron and Chelsea's many fine dining and entertainment establishments within walking distance of the Hall ... very ideal!Executive Director of Industry Trade Group on his 70 person event
